KEEP THE PERFECT TEMPERATURE

In order for the wine to develop its full aroma and flavor, both the storage conditions and the serving temperature must be appropriate. All wines, whether white or red, should be stored at the same temperature as in a natural wine cellar. Regardless of the room temperature, Dometic wine cellars ensure a constant temperature all year round between 5 °C and 22 °C, thanks to the electronic temperature control that acts on the external cold or heat production.

IDEAL HUMIDITY AND VENTILATION

Dometic wine cellars maintain a constant humidity between 50 and 70%, which ensures that the corks do not dry out or become moldy and protects the wine inside. The "low-emission" treatment on the double doors of Dometic wine cellars blocks UV rays that can damage your wine and alter its character. The air that circulates inside the wine cellar through natural convection is constantly renewed to ensure an ideal climate in wine storage.
